merge(master): conclude the documented Vue reconciliation

Record master as fully integrated after replaying its mentor, member, board, history, portfolio, partner, homepage, student, portrait, and asset changes as focused commits.\n\nKeep the deployed Vue/Vite tree while preserving master’s relative data and asset structure beneath public. Refactor-only records remain archived as inactive data, and retired Jekyll files, shell converters, and generated image outputs remain excluded because the active build does not consume them.\n\nThe resolution process and path mapping are documented in docs/merge-master-2026-07.md.
